CALM

MTN OPS CALM relies on the clinically studied KSM-66® Ashwagandha to help manage occasional stress by supporting healthy cortisol levels.

MTN OPS CALM provides support to your mood and focus through not only the KSM-66® Ashwagandha. but also through L-Theanine which supports a relaxed. but alert state. supporting cognitive performance under stress.

MTN OPS CALM also provides two of those ingredients you always hear you should be taking:  Vitamin D and Magnesium. Vitamin D supports mood (in addition to various other factors:  see Vit D3+K2) while Magnesium Glycinate can help by supporting your response to occasional stress.

This product can be taken any time of day and works best with consistent use. These ingredients also show strong support for sleep quality. While the product can be taken any time of day. it can be beneficial to take at night as it may cause drowsiness in some individuals. i.e. I would not drive a strong campaign about taking this any time of day.

MTN OPS Calm is naturally sweetened with Stevia Leaf Extract and Reb M. providing a softer flavor profile that supports the overall benefits of the product to support a calm body and mind. You have come to trust flavors from MTN OPS and CALM is no different.
